I build the systems that answer, follow up and book for local businesses.
I spent more than 22 years designing, testing and running phone systems for large organizations. Now I put that experience to work for small businesses: AI receptionists, fast follow-up and websites that bring in calls.

Three hats, one thread: every call should reach the right next step.
CallDirector AI
An AI customer acquisition system for service businesses: an AI receptionist named Vera, instant follow-up by text and email, review requests and the website that ties it together.

Phone systems, carrier connections and call routing for large organizations, plus testing and rollout of voice systems where downtime is not an option.

I build and run my own lead sites and directories in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area, so every tactic I sell is one I use myself first.

Most AI receptionists are built by people who have never had to keep a phone system running. I start from how calls actually flow: who answers, what gets read back, when to hang up, and where the details land.
From enterprise phone rooms to Main Street.
My career started in telecom, and it never really left. For more than two decades I worked on the systems large organizations depend on to talk to the public: phone systems, the connections to the phone carriers, and the routing that gets each call to the right person.
Along the way I saw the same problem in businesses of every size: calls missed, messages lost, follow-up that depends on someone remembering. Small businesses feel it most, because one missed call can be the job that pays the week.
So I started CallDirector AI to give local service businesses what the big organizations have: every call answered, every lead followed up, and a clear record of what happened. I live in Germantown, Maryland, and work with businesses across the DMV and beyond.
